Returns Policy
Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any item that is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Return Process
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your original order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with shipping instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, including any potential import duties.
- We recommend sending returns via registered mail and obtaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Condition
Returned items must be in saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the item received is defective or damaged.
Exchange Process
- Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange.
- We will provide shipping instructions to return the defective or damaged item.
- Once received and inspected, we will exchange the item for the same product. If an exchange is not possible, we will process a refund as outlined below.
Cancellations
Before Dispatch
If you change your mind, please contact us immediately (we recommend using WhatsApp for faster response).
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a refund.
After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods following our returns process.
Please note, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Faulty / Damaged Items
Reporting
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, notify us in writing within 5 working days of receipt.
Evidence
Please include clear photos of the fault or damage along with your complaint.
Assessment
Our products are handcrafted and may show minor imperfections that add to their character.
However, if the issue is due to a manufacturing fault or damage during transit, we will offer either an exchange or a full refund after inspection.
Refund Policy

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear.
Deductions
Refunds will be issued minus any original shipping costs, as these fees are non-refundable.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
